Ashlyn Seehafer (Young Rebecca, Madison, Rabbi Epstein) is a Chicago-based actor proudly hailing from North Central College with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance. She is thrilled to be bringing Gefilte Fish Chronicles, the Musical to life with its first Chicago family, as well as her professional theatre debut! Previous college and regional credits include The Light in the Piazza (Signora), Urinetown (Soupy Sue), Merry Wives of Windsor (Pistol), and The Sound of Music (Maria).
